Nylene 51GR13HS IM8 BK

13% Glass Reinforced, Heat Stabilized, Impact Modified, Nylon 6/6 Performance Compound

Nylene 6250L

Nylene 6250L is a low viscosity nylon 6/12 molding resin.  This material us used in applications requiring  good electrical insulation properties.  When molding, Nylene 6250L has high flow characteristics at minimum temperatures.

Nylene 2407 HSSP BK

High viscosity nylon copolymer with high impact resistance and superior flexibility Optimized with good melt strength for high line speeds in thin wall sections, and is available in natural and black 2407 HSSP is one of a family of grades specifically designed for the convoluted tubing industry, but can also be used for other extrusions and some molded parts Very good physical properties and excellent extrusion characteristics to support extrusion of very complex profiles.

Nylene PAC990-140U

Nylene PAC9-140U is a high viscosity copolymer of nylon 6 and 6,9. PAC9-140U has many of the properties desirable in nylon 6 coupled with the advantages of a copolymer, which include lower processing temperatures.

Nylene 494P IM BLK

Specially formulated black nylon powder for the rotomolding process. For uses where high impact properties are required. Dried to less than 0.20% moisture and packaged in foil-lined drums to eliminate the need for pre-drying. Higher heat resistance and melting point. Chemical resistance to aromatic solvents, etc. especially at elevated temperatures. Excellent low temperature impact properties (Special impact modified products). Higher impact at room and elevated temperatures. Permits a single step process and a single layer material fuel tank.  This will reduce the chances of failure and scrap, which makes it extremely cost competitive. Meets the strict CARB and EPA fuel permeation regulations.

Nylene 743 BLK

Cylinder temperatures should be in the 435 – 525ºF range. Designed for excellent cold temperature impact. High impact modified nylon 6 suitable for both molding and extrusion. Outstanding high strength and high cold temperature impact. Parts molded from 743 have excellent impact strength right out of the mold without post conditioning.
