Nylene 615SA

High viscosity nylon 6 designed for the extrusion of blown film (both mono-layer and multi-layer film structures). Suitable for profile extrusion such as tubing, shapes, etc. Nylene 615SA has superior grease resistance, toughness, resistance to abrasion, and does not absorb food odors. Nylene films can be drawn to provide pockets for many food shapes. Good oxygen and flavor barrier to increase shelf life Offers chemical and heat resistance for hot filling wide range of food and chemicals

Nylene 615SA N

Nylene® 615SA N is an extrusion grade nylon 6 resin suitable for cast and blown film in mono- or co-extrusion applications. Nylene® 615SA N is highly crystalline which yields good roll uniformity in cast film plus a low coefficient of friction. Nylene® 615SA N has superior grease resistance, toughness, resistance to abrasion, and does not absorb food odors. Nylene® 615SA N meets the requirements of FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1500 for direct food contact.

Nylene NX3064N

High viscosity nylon 6 designed for the extrusion of blown film (both mono-layer and multi-layer film structures). Suitable for profile extrusion such as tubing, shapes, etc. Good oxygen and flavor barrier to increase shelf life Nylene NX3064N has superior grease resistance, toughness, resistance to abrasion, and does not absorb food odors. Nylene films can be drawn to provide pockets for many food shapes. Offers chemical and heat resistance for hot filling wide range of food and chemicals

Nylene 607

Very high viscosity extrusion resin having an ASTM relative viscosity of 800. Particularly recommended for the extrusion of thick slab, large rod stock, and large complex profiles. Optimum processing conditions should permit for a melt temperature of 550 – 575°F (289 – 301°C) at the die. Properties promote dimensional control for extrusion of pipe, tubing, film, and sheet.

Nylene NX4797

Nylene NX4797 is a nylon 6 polymer designed for use in extrusion of cast and blown film. Like most PA6, it has excellent grease resistance, toughness, and resistance to abrasion. Films made from Nylene NX4797 have barrier properties against oxygen and aroma typical of nylon 6. Nylene NX4797 meets the requirements of 21 CFR 177.1500 for food contact. Nylene NX4797 has good melt strength for film stability.

Nylene NX3411

Extrusion grade nylon copolymer resin suitable for film co-extrusion applications and blown film Meets the requirements of FDA regulation for direct food contact Superior grease resistance, toughness, resistance to abrasion, and does not absorb food odors
