Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time / Third Shift
Responsibilities
- Prepare batches of product according to established formulas and procedures.
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in the compounding process.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Document all activities and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an asset.
- Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred.
- Experience with materials handling, warehouse operations, or forklift operation is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and equipment is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including batch records and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficient in using compounding equipment such as mixers, scales, and pumps.
- Knowledge of fabricating and machining techniques is desirable for equipment maintenance.
