Security Update

We recently became aware of an incident involving unauthorized access to our systems. Once identified, we promptly secured our network and engaged cybersecurity and legal professionals to review what happened and ensure our systems are protected.

At this time, there is no evidence that any personal information was accessed, copied, or misused, which is limited to current and former employees only. Out of an abundance of caution, we are sharing this update with those who may have been affected. The information involved may have included basic contact details such as names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and dates of birth.

We have taken additional steps to strengthen our security, including enhanced protections, multifactor authentication, monitoring, enhancing intrusion detection, and staff training.

While we do not believe any information has been misused, we encourage everyone to remain mindful of potential phishing or suspicious communications. We sincerely apologize for any concern this may cause and remain committed to protecting your information.

If you have questions, please contact John Fishenden, Manager of Human Resources, at security@nylene.com.
