Nylene 764B

Nylene 764B is a heat stabilized, high impact modified nylon suitable for both blow-molding and extrusion. In addition to heat stabilization to prevent thermal degradation, parts molded from Nylene 764B have excellent impact strength right out of the mold without post conditioning. Outstanding features of Nylene 764B include high strength and high cold temperature impact. Cylinder temperatures should be in the 435 – 525ºF (224 – 274 ºC) range. Excellent melt strength to support large parisons

Nylene 615-130HSU

Plasticized, heat stabilized high residual monomer resin designed for extrusion applications Applications include flexible tubing, cable jacketing, as well as mono-filament extrusions Optimum processing conditions should permit for a melt temperature of approximately 500°F at the die.

Nylene 2408 HSSP UV

Nylene 2408 HSSP UV is a modified nylon 6 with very good physical properties and excellent extrusion characteristics to support extrusion of very complex profiles. Especially useful for convoluted tubing. Resistance to UV light.

Nylene 2407 HSSP

Nylene NX4301

High viscosity, UV stabilized extrusion grade nylon resistant to degradation by ultraviolet light The elevated quality of UV resistance is attributed to highly uniform dispersion of 2% carbon black With an ASTM viscosity of 200, NX4301 has very good melt flow and melt strength characteristics which are important for profile extrusion Optimum processing conditions should permit for a melt temperature of 550 – 575°F at the die. Nylene NX1170

NYLENE® NX 1170 is a PA 6 copolymer, high viscosity grade formulated to give low wear properties through use of molybdenum disulfide at a high loading level.

Nylene 743
