Filler Percentage

  • Un-reinforced general purpose compounded polycarbonate.
  • Retains the high impact resistance and heat resistance of virgin polycarbonate while improving the cost / performance ratio.
  • High viscosity nylon copolymer with high impact resistance and superior flexibility
  • Optimized with good melt strength for high line speeds in thin wall sections and very complex profiles
  • One of a family of grades specifically designed for the convoluted tubing industry, but can also be used for other extrusions and some molded parts.
  • Available in natural and black
  • Nylene 311 HS BK is an impact-modified, heat-stabilized nylon 6/6 molding resin with increased flexibility.
  • Nylamid 311-02 is an economical, impact-modified nylon 6/6 molding resin with increased flexibility for injection molded parts.
  • Nylamid 311-02 is an economical, impact-modified, compounded, nylon 6/6 molding resin with increased flexibility for injection molded parts.
  • Medium viscosity nylon 6 with lubrication and heat stabilization
  • Made for Injection molding applications requiring good physical properties including toughness and rapid cycle times
  • Optimum processing conditions could provide a melt temperature of 460°F-500°F at the nozzle
  • Plasticized, injection molding nylon 6 for use in applications requiring high flexibility, and excellent toughness and abrasion resistance.
  • Because of its internal lubricant and high monomer content, Nylene 405HSU will perform well in critical molding processes requiring very good melt flow.
  • Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 450 – 470°F at the nozzle.
  • Nylene 4114-33 GL HS is a compounded, heat-stabilized, impact-modified, 33% glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6/6 molding resin with excellent impact strength.
  • Impact-modified with excellent molding characteristics and very good physical properties
  • Nylene 4214-14 BK is a 14% glass fiber-reinforced,  impact-modified  nylon 6 with excellent molding characteristics and very good physical properties.
  • Glass fiber reinforced, impact modified, heat stabilized nylon 6
  • Suitable for applications which require this unique blend of properties
  • Improved strength and stiffness over unreinforced nylons, and improved impact resistance over typical reinforced grades, especially in dry conditions
  • Glass fiber reinforced, impact modified, heat-stabilized nylon 6
  • Useful in applications which require the stiffness of 33% glass fiber reinforcement, but also benefit from improved toughness, especially in dry or cold environments
  • Nylene 4214-40 HS is a 40% glass fiber-reinforced, heat-stabilized and impactmodified nylon 6 with excellent molding characteristics and very good physical properties.
  • Nylene 5110 HS is a 10% glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6/6 featuring high tensile strength and stiffness.
  • Nylamid 5133-02 HS BK is a heat stabilized, 13% glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6/6 molding resin offering the good strength properties expected from glass filled materials.
  • Nylene 5115 HS is a 15% glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6/6 featuring high tensile strength and stiffness.
  • Nylene 5120 HS is a 20% glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6/6 featuring high tensile strength and stiffness.
  • Nylene 5125 HS is a 25% glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6/6 featuring high tensile strength and stiffness.
  • Nylene 5130 HS is a 30% glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6/6 featuring high tensile strength and stiffness.
  • Nylene 5133 HSL is a heat stabilized, lubricated, 33% glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6/6 featuring high tensile strength and stiffness.
  • Suitable for applications where strength and stiffness are required.
  • Exhibits an improved impact resistance and flexibility over unmodified nylons
