Nylene knows that you care how information about you is used and shared. This Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by Nylene when you access the Site, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Policy. This Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources. The use of information collected through our Site shall be limited to the purposes under this Policy and our Terms of Service to customers.

We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.
   • (d) Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use automatically collected information and other information collected on the Site through cookies and similar technologies to:
     • (i) personalize our Service, such as remembering a user’s information so that the user will not have to re-enter it during a visit or on subsequent visits; (ii) provide customized content and information;

We take measures to protect the technical information collected by our use of Google Analytics. The data collected will only be used on a need-to-know basis to resolve technical issues, administer the Site and identify visitor preferences; but in this case, the data will be in non-identifiable form. If you remove information that you have made public on our website, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of our website, or if other users have copied or saved that information.
   • Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages, and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for the Nylene website. Non-personally identifiable information may be stored indefinitely.

   • What Happens In The Event Of A Change Of Control:

   Nylene self-certifies compliance with EU-US Privacy Shield at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Nylene complies with the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC framework as set forth by the European Union regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from European Union member countries. Nylene has certified that it adheres to the requirements of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement.
   • GDPR
     Nylene and this Site comply with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and already comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which comes into effect in May 2018.
   • How We Protect Your Information
     Nylene is concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Nylene or guarantee that your information on the Site may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our industry standard physical, technical or managerial safeguards. When you enter sensitive information (such as personal information) via our contact and sign-up forms, we encrypt that information.    An individual who is a current or former Site user who seeks access or wishes to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to privacy@nylene.com. If we receive a request under this provision, we will acknowledge it within seventy-two (72) business hours and handle it promptly and as required by law. We will retain the personal data we process on behalf of our Site users for as long as needed to provide our services and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Our Site includes social media features, such as LinkedIn and Facebook sharing buttons that run on our Site. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Site and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site.
