Nylene complies with the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC framework as set forth by the European Union regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from European Union member countries. Nylene has certified that it adheres to the requirements of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement.

      Nylene and this Site comply with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and already comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which comes into effect in May 2018.
