Nylene 6207HS BK

6207HS BK is specifically designed for extrusion but can also be used for blow molding and some molded parts High viscosity, 6/12 nylon with high impact resistance and superior flexibility Optimized with good melt strength for high line speeds in thin wall sections Very good physical properties and excellent extrusion characteristics to support extrusion of very complex profiles.

Nylene 494P IM

Dried to less than 0.20% moisture and packaged in foil-lined drums to eliminate the need for pre-drying. For uses where HIGH IMPACT properties are required. Specially formulated nylon powder for the ROTOMOLDING process. Chemical resistance to aromatic solvents, etc. especially at elevated temperatures Excellent low temperature impact properties (Special impact modified products) Higher heat resistance and melting point. Not as likely to melt or lose shape if left in the sun. Higher impact at room and elevated temperatures Permits a single step process and a single layer material fuel tank. This will reduce the chances of failure and scrap, which makes it extremely cost competitive

Nylene 494P IM BLK

Specially formulated nylon powder for the ROTOMOLDING process. For uses where HIGH IMPACT properties are required. Nylene 5120 HS is a 20% glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6/6 featuring high tensile strength and stiffness.

Nylene 494 BLK

Dried to less than 0.20% moisture and packaged in foil-lined gaylords or bags to eliminate the need for pre-drying Heat stabilized Specially formulated nylon for the ROTOMOLDING process to reduce cost vs. using 100% powder. For rotomolding, this product must be used in conjunction with Nylene® 494P BLK powder to achieve good part quality. Chemical resistance to aromatic solvents, etc. especially at elevated temperatures Custom colors on demand Higher heat resistance and melting point. Not as likely to melt or lose shape if left in the sun. Nylene 5113-02 HS BK

Nylamid 5133-02 HS BK is a heat stabilized, 13% glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6/6 molding resin offering the good strength properties expected from glass filled materials.

Nylene 5110 HS is a 10% glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6/6 featuring high tensile strength and stiffness.
