The Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS3) (Directive (EU) 2015/863) is a European Union regulation restricting the levels of certain substances in electronic, electrical and medical devices, and in-vitro diagnostic devices. These substances are: lead; mercury; Cadmium; Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+); Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB); Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE); Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP); Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP); Dibutyl phthalate (DBP); Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)

Nylene and Custom Resins Inc. is a manufacturer of polymer resins. We do not manufacture our products with, or add any of the RoHS3 listed substances to any of our products. These substances are not expected to be found in any of our polymer resins.

To the best of our knowledge, our raw materials do not contain nor are expected to contain any of the restricted substances.

Since these substances are not expected to be found in our raw supplies or final products, we do not analyze these products for the presence of RoHS3 listed substances or require our raw material suppliers to do so.
Custom Resins Inc. and Nylene do not manufacture electrical, electronic, medical or diagnostic devices or parts for such devices. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the downstream products covered by the RoHS Directives to determine compliance of their products.
